Submission & presentation instructions

Abstract Submission Guideline

The conference organizers accept online submissions of abstracts closely linked to the areas set out in the Call for Papers. Please find below the specific guidelines for abstract submission.

The abstract should be within 200–250 words.
Include 4–6 keywords with the abstract.
Abstract submission should be in English.
Submit an informative abstract including background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Revise abstracts for spelling, grammar, and data errors. Abstracts will appear online or in print as submitted.
The submitting author must register separately using the registration form.
Each presenter is required to register separately for the conference.
Use black font color for text.
Abstracts not meeting the word limit should be revised and resubmitted.

Oral Paper Presentation Guidelines

Time: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.
Mode of Presentation: Onsite for presenters locally available.
File Format:
  • Primary: .pptx
  • Backup: .pdf (in case of compatibility issues)
Naming of the File: Example: YourName_Title_NICSDG2026.pptx

Guidelines for Paper Submission

Policy on Plagiarism: Papers will be checked for plagiarism. Offending papers will be rejected.
Word Limit: 3000–5000 words excluding references.
Referencing Style: Chicago author date style (in-text and reference list).
Authorship: Do not include author names inside the paper for blind review.
Cover Page Details:
  • Title of the paper
  • Name(s) of author(s)
  • Affiliation(s): institution, department, city, country
  • Corresponding author’s active email
  • 16-digit ORCID (if available)
File Format: MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Abstract: 200–250 words. It must be a meaningful summary of the paper.
Keywords: Include 4–6 keywords.
Color Usage: Figures must be understandable in black and white print.
AI Declaration: If any form of artificial intelligence (AI) is used in the preparation of this paper, please provide an explicit acknowledgment specifying the AI tool employed and describing the particular tasks for which it was used (e.g., generating ideas, refining language, editing, or formatting).

Evaluation Criteria & Review Policy

Reviewers should decline invitations for any manuscript where a conflict of interest exists. In evaluating submissions, reviewers are encouraged to consider the following:

Relevance of the manuscript to the conference theme and track.
Originality and contribution to knowledge.
Clarity of objectives and strength of arguments.
Theoretical, methodological, and/or practical significance (academic, social, or applied).
Ethical considerations, including appropriate approvals or consent.
Quality of presentation and coherence of writing.
Confirmation that the work is unpublished.
