Metropolitan University, Bangladesh has achieved a remarkable milestone in academic research. The Metropolitan University Research Society (MURS) announced that ten research paper abstracts written by its members have been accepted for the prestigious International Conference on Challenges and Trends in Arts and Social Sciences (ICCTASS 2025).
The conference will be hosted by American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) and will bring together researchers, policymakers, educators, and social scientists from around the globe. Its central focus is examining how arts and social sciences intersect amid 21st-century social change, technological transformation, and sustainable development goals.
Of the ten accepted papers, four will be presented on-site and six will be presented online, showcasing the quality and reach of Metropolitan University's student research. This achievement reflects not only on the university but also stands as a proud moment for Bangladesh's entire higher education community.
The selected research covers timely and impactful themes including sustainable development, human rights, artificial intelligence, legal reform, environmental policy, renewable energy, literature, and educational inequality—all deeply connected to today's social and economic realities.
