Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a passion for global academic contribution, students of Metropolitan University (MU), a leading private university in Bangladesh, have once again proven their academic excellence on the international stage. Following a series of national successes, three separate research papers authored by MU students have been selected for presentation at a prestigious international conference in Kathmandu, Nepal.
According to the Metropolitan University Research Society (MURS), the papers will be officially presented at the “International Conference on Constitutional Crisis and Constitutionalism”, jointly organized by Tribhuvan University (Nepal) and South Asian University on June 20–21, 2026.
The selected research papers from MU address critical contemporary global issues:

University faculty members noted that the selection of such high-impact topics demonstrates the students' global perspective and advanced research capabilities, hoping it will inspire more students to pursue academic research.
This milestone was reached under the visionary leadership, inspiration, and consistent support of the University’s Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Tanveer Rahman Chowdhury. Furthermore, the academic guidance of MURS President and Associate Professor Md. Saidur Rahman Palash, along with dedicated research supervisors, played a vital role in this success. This international participation brings great pride to Metropolitan University and serves as a bright showcase of Bangladeshi youth talent on the world stage.
